2.Fann Woon Fong (born 27 January 1971)
This Singaporean actress, model and singer has several accolades in her hat. She had won the Best Actress and Best Debutante award in the Singapore Star Awards, in 1995.
She is the also the youngest actress to win the All Time Favorite Award, which in itself speaks of her popularity among fellow citizens.
