The UKZN application form is available online for download. Candidates can apply for multiple programmes /courses through a single application form or online application form. Candidates need to ensure that they have copies of their statement and other documents such as ID required to fill the application form of UKZN. HOW TO APPLY
Step 1: Get your application form.
First-time applicants will need to apply through the Central Applications Office (CAO). You’ll be able to apply through UKZN’s online application platform.
If you’re applying via hard copy, you can post your application to:

Step 2: Complete your application form in full.
Step 3: Attach all supporting documents.
Step 4: Complete a student accommodation form. This is part of the application process.
Step 5: Find Funding.

UKZN Application Form: Application Fees
South African Undergraduate and Postgraduate applicants pay an application fee of R200 directly to the Central Applications Office (CAO) (R400
late fee). (Local applicants)
Returning students to UKZN pay an application fee of R200 directly to the University (R400 late fee). (Local applicants).
Application fees for international students are as follows:
- SADC R470
- Countries outside Africa $146
The application fee is non-refundable and does not form part of the tuition fees at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
